Replacement pivot base for our 22″ Pepper-Popper Target Assembly. Includes (4) Long Wood Screws and (1) Balance Bolt. Snap a 22″ Popper Target into this pivot base and attach the pivot base to a soft wood 22″ Popper Base with the four wood screws. Or you can attach this pivot base to our all-polymer ElastiMAX Popper Base with two optional ElastiMAX Long Bolts and Nuts.
